Spiritual Wisdom
Hello Friends:
Welcome to the Tuesday Talks blog. This blog is a review of the lives I do every Tuesday at 10:30 AM, you can follow the group on FB or watch the replays here or on YouTube. I’m always excited to share the messages I’m given from Spirit. Today is no different. These messages are created in a environment without judgement. We meet, we talk and I blog about different subjects like Spiritual growth, balance, meditation, grief, the spiritual realm and more. If you ever have a question or a topic you’d like to learn about, send it to me at info@connetingtospirit.com and I will see what I can do. I’ve been an evidential medium for over 10 years, I’ve studied and read every book I can get my hands on. I look for a better understanding of what I do not understand in order to share it with each of you. Sometimes the only proof we have of anything is derived from our own experiences.
My mantra for Spiritual Wisdom is “The best view comes after the hardest climb” I’m not sure who wrote this quote, but it definitely resonates with me. I’ve grown so much since starting on my path, and my hope is that I, in some way have helped you in what you are needing.
We all have spiritual wisdom within ourselves. We’ve had things happen that have no logical explanation except faith in knowing the universe is teaching us so we can connect with others as we reconnect with ourselves. We sometimes get lost in social media, work, gossip, world news and more.
To me, these are the things true spiritual wisdom comes from: having a relationship with Creator through prayer and meditation. Allowing our minds to get quit and listen to that small voice inside that is patiently waiting to be heard.
Practicing gratitude and forgiveness also comes into to play. Being mindful of our inner thoughts that shape and expand the world around us.
Knowledge and strength come in the stillness. Giving yourself the time you need to slow down in order to find the solutions or the opportunities that wander into our path. If you are too busy, you may overlook them. These opportunities can help free us from the fear we feel. Adding the “Golden Rule” into your daily thoughts to do unto others as you would have done unto you”. You begin to realize in the quiet times you are worthy and you are loved. Make it a habit to be still. Open up to your higher power, your higher self for guidance. Know and believe that whatever comes your way, you will figure it out. Know that you become wiser as you trust and believe this wholeheartedly. Recognize the voice that speaks to you — your conscious mind, your intuitions, some say gut instinct; follow the guidance and feelings you receive from that voice.
Show yourself and others compassion and gratitude. Be thankful for the little things as well as the big things. Somewhere along the way we’ve lost this. How many times do you say “I’m impatient” or “I have no patience” — slow down, get quiet and listen. Patience will come when you have the belief that you will survive, you will figure it out. Thoughts become reality. Be mindful of what you’re thinking about, what you say and do. Speak possibilities into existence. Shape the world around you in a way that loving abundance has room in your life. Invite it, accept it and be thankful. Speak to it and it will respond to your words and thoughts.
When possible, avoid conflict and gossip. You have better things to do. Remember other people’s thoughts are none of your business. Keep your eye on your thoughts.
Fear nothing. Know that you are not alone and you will find peace in the chaos. Challenges will come. That my friend is life. Ask for Divine support and have faith in knowing that today is only 24 hours long. Tomorrow will come with new exciting adventures. Speak it and it will answer.
Peace, courage, love, inner focus, strength and faith have carried me through some rough times. Times, I didn’t always get right. But I made it through and so can you. I promise you this. Be present in each moment, as if this was your last day in this world. This is what you focus one: finding peace within yourself, Being grateful, Finding the courage, Se challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, develop and strength and find joy in your strength. Then always share what you’ve learned. Be the person you needed. The one who listens, loves and helps others heal through rough times.
In a daily meditation, bring these things on your radar. Say them your way. This is just an example. “Guide my thoughts, words and actions. Thank you for the solutions that I always find. I’ll take each step today as a blessing. Show me peace in the uncertainty. Fill my mind, body and spirit with the faith to know that I am not alone. Help me to love not only others but myself as well. I know that I am a work in progress and I believe that all things will be explained to me when the answers are ready for me to receive them. Everyday brings choices, show me the choice I am to make. Today is a new day. I ask for all thing to be for my best and highest good and for those around me as well.”
If you are struggling, this was meant for you. Time to slow down, get quiet, ask, listen and know you are not alone and you, my friend will figure it out.
Together, we can heal the world one person at a time starting with you.
Prayers that you live the life you love and love the life you live.
Blessings always,
Stacey
