September…. What Does It Bring?

Welcome September!! We are now in the 9th month of 2025. But what does this month have to do with spirituality, universal energy and what is coming our way? September is the month of preparation for the harvest, to get ready for the winter months. There are different seasons with distinct meanings. August through November is considered to be the harvest season. Preparing us for November, the month of thanksgiving. Where we consider the fruits of our labor are gathered and celebrated. A reminder that hard work brings forth abundance. Giving us the ability to nourish and bring comfort to our family.

September starts to signal the days getting shorter and cooler. The leaves and flowers dying off to replenish the earth. A reminder that changes and transformation is a natural part of this ever-changing world and land we dwell upon. September invites us to let go of what no longer serves us. Similar to the trees losing their leaves. Taking a look at the things that hinder our growth. Offering the ability to allow them to drop back into the earth to nourish the soil.

We review how well we’ve tended our gardens as well as ourselves. A garden takes care, love and nourishment. Just as we do. It brings forth new opportunities to plant new seeds for what is to come. The cooler days ask us to slow down from all the noise and distractions. To welcome in a time of solitude to reconnect and reground our mind, body and spirit. A reminder to bring awareness to the things we are grateful for. And to acknowledge them with sincere appreciation of the joy and abundance we have received that brought us to this moment in time. To embrace the change of the seasons not only with the earth but within us as well.

I’m currently reading a book about Angels written by Kyle Gray. He is the youngest angel expert in the UK. He directs us while in prayer to thank the Angels, God, Creator for the things past, present and future. Most of us have been taught to create a shopping list of wants and needs. Upon waking, thanking them for the day we are about to have and knowing the answers will be given for situations that may arise in the day. Thanking them for the past opportunities that brought us to the place we currently inhabit and for the future opportunities that will come. This is tending to the soil we plant our seeds in. We are preparing with trust and gratitude of knowing we will be given what we need when we need it. Trusting we are not alone.

I wanted to explore not only the meaning but also the symbols of this month. I thought it interesting to know that the gemstone for this month is a sparkling blue sapphire. This stone is a connection to royalty and spirituality. The color blue symbolizes truth, calmness, wisdom and spiritual connection. Archangel Michael appears to me in blue light, giving me the sense of security, being at peace and sheltered from harm. Giving us the wear with all to really face our own integrity that grows within us as we grow spiritually. This stone is believed to be not only a stone of protection but also healing and wisdom.

Digging deeper, I noticed that there is no specific spirit animal. They are different depending on traditions and beliefs. But the ones mentioned are the raven, fox, bear and hawk. All of these reflect wisdom, hard work, mindful observation and the ability to adapt in all situations.

If you were born between August 23rd and September 22, you fall under the sign of Virgo. September 23rd to October 22nd is the sign of Libra. Virgo is an earth sign with Mercury as its ruling sign. Virgos are focused on precision, practicality and a strong desire for service. Although they are sometime very critical. Libra embodies a connection to the divine feminine, being nurturing and manifesting inner truth. Libras need balance, fairness and are problem solvers. Ruled by Venus, they are graceful, skilled negators and dislike conflict. But are often times people pleasers. Finding the right balance and staying grounded are very important to both signs.

In numerology, this is the 9th month. Nine represents completion, wisdom — the end of a cycle. Since nine is the last single digest number, it symbolizes the end of a phase and new beginnings on the horizon. Not just new beginnings, but conclusions, resolutions and growth often finding it easier to help others instead of helping ourselves. But in brings into our view selflessness, empathy and compassion. Giving us the ability to take note to all the things that have stopped us from seeing our true potential for the path we are on.

When we come together each Tuesday, either on the live social media talks or through this blog, I offer my thoughts of what I feel I’m being led to speak about. Most of which evolve around learning, growing, deepening our spiritual connection, walking through grief, forgiveness, focusing on love and releasing what no longer serves us. I truly believe we are a constant student of the universe. We are constantly learning and growing. But I would also like to emphasize to you to take the time to see the growth, changes and abundance in front of you, right now. Never lose sight of today.

Strive to be the best you can with the balance of how wonderful you are right now. Avoid spinning out of control that fills up the time to enjoy the bounty of the seeds you’ve planted and the growth you have made. Stand in the warmth of the universal light and say thank you. I did it. I’m proud of you. I am loved and needed.

That sentence is the segway to September being Suicide Prevention Month. Being aware and remembering those who have gone before us. Maybe because they didn’t take time to realize they were loved and needed. August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day. And September is also National Recovery Month. Celebrating the steps made by those in recovery. Honoring and remembering those who struggle even if in recovery. This is the month of healing and harvesting from the diligent day to day struggles that face a lot of our family and friends. In case you are struggling and need to hear this: you are not a failure. You are not a waste of space. You are loved and wanted. I believe in you, and you’ve got this. If you need help, ask.

Life can sometime feel as though there is always something to recover from. The universe asks that you get quiet, slow down, reflect and breathe in your own personal harvest. Let it flow over you with healing love, and when you are ready, share your harvest story with others. Help them to live the life they love and love the life they live.

Happy harvest! Look for the abundant blessing and pass them onto others.

PS: At the end of the live, I pulled a card from the Archangel Michael Swords of Light Oracle. The card I pulled was number 43. It was a perfect card to end this post.

It said, “Your Vibration Is Rising.”

“This is a time of great spiritual growth for you! You are evolving to occupy a higher energetic frequency.”
