A Channeled Message
I’ve long since changed my heart and thoughts about life and healing. I frequently ask my guides to direct me to learn. Today, I felt the need to channel a message from them to place thought provoking possibilities in your soul in the most loving way. I want you to pause for a moment and be present with me. Know that when I say you are important and loved, these words not only come from me but also from the universe. I feel as though this isn’t said enough in a sincere way, but this comes from the deepest part of me. I want you to really you to feel this deep within your soul. There is nothing you can’t do if you really feel passionate about it.
Channeled message: Dear ones, life has been given to you to experience. Now, some of those experiences are good and some not so good, but they are all a part of your growth. Each sunset and sunrise are meant for you to see. But when you look, also feel it and breathe it in. Experience it, in all it’s beauty, color and movement. It rises and sets just for you. Each and every tree and flower has bloomed for your eyes to behold. See them, feel them, know it to be true. You’ve heard the saying that if Creator took the time to place a light on an insect, just think of the things that will be done for you. So much is in store for you to experience. Have you lost your light? We (guides and angels) are here to help you turn it back on. You have a choice of how bright it shines. We have not gone quiet. You have become too busy and too loud in your mind that it is difficult for you to listen. In order for you to hear us - you must get quiet and ask. The answer may be faint but you will hear it. Acknowledge it, and the volume will increase. We send you signs, do you overlook them because you are too busy? We ask you to slow down and become present. Think of a time you were guided angelically. A time that is so mysterious that it is obvious that it was not received or given by humanity. See the moment, you know the one. It has appeared in your mind’s eye. Remember how it felt? Maybe a tingle or a wave of energy ran through your body. A smile and peaceful feeling that it will all work out. This can happen more and more. Ask, Listen and Acknowledge us. We have been with you through many lifetimes. Some you remember, but most you have forgotten. We want you to see, feel and experience the most high phases and levels of love in order to gain wisdom. The key is not to keep it to yourself but to share it with others. If kept inside it is because you are afraid, you have not truly learned to trust yourself with the insight we provide. Journey deep into your soul and find the reason you do not trust yourself. Why do you live in fear? We will lead you to where you need to be. We invite you to be open to the belief of your journey. You will do great things. No matter the magnitude of how large or small they are, all are important. Always be open to learning and being and doing and trusting the process. We will speak through you if you allow us. Find your truth in the quiet times. Set your intentions to connect to the higher forms of yourself. All your past, present and future selves. Why have you disconnected? Take time to reflect on the disconnection that unplugged your light from standing in the truth of inner peace. We want you to find it again beloved. We are here.
This is the message I was given to share with you. I know this time of year can be difficult but it can also be magical when seen through the eyes of our inner child, through the small ones around us. Reconnecting with family and friends, both earthbound and spiritual energy. See it, experience it, and invite it in.
Let’s get quiet for a moment. I’d like to guide you through a meditation to reconnect you to your higher self. (you can listen to the replay on social media) Relax and close your eyes. Acknowledge this time of quiet. This special appointment you have with yourself. It is an important meeting that you do not want to miss. You are showing up for yourself. To reacquaint with you. Close your eyes and slow your breathing down. Slowly be aware of nothing else but your breath. Say either out loud or to yourself, “higher self come close to me.” Feel the warm tingles run through your entire body as you relax and connect to your higher self. Come closer higher self, sit with me for a moment. I’ve made time to connect with you. Closer, come closer. Continue to breathe slowly relaxing the mind and body. You may see a light swirl in your mind’s eye; welcome it in. Breathe slowly. Connecting, getting quiet, preparing to listen. Place your hand on your heart. Draw them into your heart center. Come closer to me. Invite not only your higher self, but also Creator, Angels, Guides and loved ones on the other side. I invite you to gather around me. Breathe. Take one hand and place it on your navel area. Feel your stomach expand and retract with each slow breath. In this space resides all of your ancient selves. Your all knowing part of you. Your gut and your heart are where your instincts reside and they know what is the highest good for you. It is because it is bread into your DNA. A woman instinctually taps into the needs of other, they nurture the ones around them. A man instinctually feels the need to protect and provide for those around them. You have the ability to tap into these sacred spaces for wise wisdom. You know what to do. You are she (he) and she (he) is you. Look into your spiritual eyes and reconnect. Ask them to come closer. Feel into the energy that is uniquely you, a combination of the you from the past, the present and the future you to come. As you connect, reach your hand out and place it in their (your) hand. Take a deep breath and ask, “Higher self, what do I need to know right now?” Listen, continue to connect with your breathing and with your higher self. Trust the message you receive. Take as long as you need, and when you are ready, open your eyes and journal your experience.
How was that? Did you see yourself, re-introduce yourself? What did you feel, hear or see? Acknowledge and journal as much as you can remember. If you were not able to reconnect, rewatch the episode until you do. Practice inviting your higher self to come closer. All your past selves to come closer. Find peace, see peace and feel it with your entire human existence. Journey back to your soul, your guides, angels, consciousness or loved ones who have passed. Ask them questions and listen or recognize the signs they bring forward. Acknowledge and thank them. Journal every detail.
Life is here for you to experience each sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it. Realize you are loved and not alone on this journey.

Meditation vs Contemplation
I’ve recently finished reading a book by Dr Brian Weis “Same Soul Many Bodies”. This book dives deeply into past life regressions as well as progressions. Taking a deep journey into your past life as well as the possibility of future lives to come. It’s quite interesting to me to see how the butterfly effect is such a part of our existing lives but also past and future lives to come. It brought a whole new thought process to the progression of the sins of our father. Anyway, that is a totally different blog that I will explore at a later time.
Dr Weis quoted Robert Thurman “I am daily making myself what I am.” I absolutely love quotes that slap me on the face with a new way to look at life. This quote says a lot in only a few words. It made me think of my favorite fairy tale Alice in wonderland quote, “I could tell you my adventures beginning from this morning,” Alice said “but it’s no use going back to yesterday because I was a different person then.” Both of these quotes allow us the opportunity to see how we change, but how do we acknowledge the changes? He dedicated an entire chapter to this thought.
I ask you if you realize there is a difference between contemplation and meditation? So closely interlinked but performed two different ways. Contemplation includes the thought process of the mind. The mind brings in strategy, forethought, past experiences. A path that can twist and turn into several conversations in the brain. Concentrating on a specific thought or idea.
Meditation requires the mind to find the quiet in order to visualize and be open to inviting the answers to appear in our mind’s eye. Our higher self reaches out to the realms of help for guidance. I talked about a vision I had and what it meant to me at the time in an earlier blog. (feel free to go back and read it) Profound awareness in the quiet pause of breath. This is meditation.
Meditation takes practice to fully release the chattering of the mind. You can do it, don’t give up. I’m going to guide you in a few meditations later. The mind is not easy to shut down. We are accustomed to contemplating, thinking, doing. It is difficult to just be without out doing something. Learning to turn the volume of the mind down so your soul can come forward. Our mind is our own private hyper active child running around in a playground. You may laugh at this analogy but it fits, doesn’t it?
Let’s reconnect with most loving part of you. If it seems scary, just think of it as going for a visit. Allowing this vulnerability plants the seed to grow, till it will automatically show up. Your higher self has always been there, but it’s hard to hear with all the chatter in your head. In the quiet it appears in the most loving way.
If you are one who believes you cannot meditate because of mind chatter (contemplating?) let’s slow down for a minute for a quick meditation. (You may want to record this so you can listen instead of trying to meditate while reading.) Close your eyes, relax your body, take 3 slow deep breaths. Pay attention to the coolness as the air enters your nostrils, notice the air changes to warmth as you exhale out your mouth. Just be aware of the coolness in and the warmth out. Acknowledge the feeling of the air. Ready? Eyes closed? Relaxed? Breathe in 2,3,4 hold 2,3,4 exhale 2,3,4,5,6 Again breath (cool) 2,3,4 hold 2,3,4 exhale warm 3,4,5,6. Cool in 2,3,4 hold 2,3,4 warmth, 2,3,4,5,6 You did it.! Open your eyes. How did you do? This is a quick meditation you can do anywhere, anytime you need when you want to escape frustration or chaos. As you do this start to notice the motion of your chest rising. When you are aware of the sensations, it aids in also quieting the chatter.
One meditation will not make you a master meditator but it starts the process of clarity. When you contemplate you think about the subject matter; the good the bad and the ugly. Contemplation is the mind’s negotiator, doer, strategist. Mediation is clarity to a solution allowing guidance to appear.
Let’s practice a mediation with the intention of finding clarity of a situation. For an example, let’s focus on wanting to bring more love and joy into your life. Use those words in place of breathe 2,3,4. So it will be love (inhale) 2,3,4. embrace it 2,3,4. joy 2,3,4,5,6.
Ok, let’s try. But let’s set it up for you first. I want you to think about something that brings you joy what make you feel loved. Bring it in. Feel it. What is it? How does it feel? Really feel it? Take it in and remember that feeling. Now as if you were holding that feeling in your hands bring it to your heart. Place your hands on your heart. Slow your breathing down. Close your eyes. Breath in coolness and that feeling into your nostrils then hold it, and exhale the warm love to others and all around you. Breathe in love 2,3,4 hold on to it 3,4 exhale joy 3,4,5,6. Inhale love 2,3,4 hold on 3,4 exhale joy 3,4,5,6. Continue a few more times. No thoughts but love 2,3,4 embrace 2,3,4 joy 2,3,4,5,6. Notice any tension in your body as you continue. Feel it? Beautiful. Breathe light into that area on the exhale. Sending loving light and feel it release. You are doing great. 2 more times inhale love 2,3,4 embrace 2,3,4 send joy 3,4, 5,6 love, 2,3,4, embrace 2,3,4 joy 2,3,4,5,6. When you are ready open your eyes. How did you do? I bet you did fabulous. Even if there were mind interruptions you still did great and I am excited for this new adventure for you.
I’m showing your examples of the possibilities and giving you a few prompts on how to begin. The meditation can be about anything or nothing at all. There are guided meditations available on several platforms. Davidji, search him on google, read about his journey. His story is very interesting. Try some of his meditation. See how they feel. Sample several meditations and find ones that feel right within your energy. If you like and subscribe to Connecting To Spirit With Stacey You tube channel, you’ll find two guided meditations there. One guides you to meet your loved one on the other side and the other guides you to unload the baggage of the past.
Cool right, “but Stacey”, you maybe asking, “What does it mean when someone says they want to meditate on something before making a decision? Isn’t that really contemplating it?” What a great question. My answer is yes and no. Again, when you contemplate your mind is involved for strategy. Meditations are allowing the door to open to allow answers appear. You must get out of your head and connect with consciousness.
Here is an example of what I am talking about. Before you meditate, set the intention for solutions to appear that you may not have already thought about. Call in Creator, your guides, Angels, loved ones who have passed.
Let’s try. Think of something you need help with. Got it? Close your eyes. Breathe, place your hand on your heart like we did before and ask or say I need help in this situation (explain it in one sentence). I am unable to resolve it. I invite you in as I know you have the answers to my questions. Show me where to start. I trust you have my wellbeing in mind. Show me what is best for my higher good and the higher good of those involved. I trust the path. If I miss something, I trust you will show me again. (This is your intention before you mediate) Use these words or your own words. After all you are asking your guides and your higher self for direction, and they know you best.
Deep breath in, hold, release. Relax. Deep breath in hold release. Remember from before breath in love, embrace, release love. Visualize a white light at the top of your head almost like a funned up to the universe pouring warm joyful, loving, light onto you from those you’ve invited in . Good, relax, breathe, embrace, release. Take that light to the innermost part of your heart and you continue to breathe slowly. Feel it, embrace it. You may see swirls of light in your mind’s eye, don’t question it just be within. Breathe, embrace, release. Beautiful, you are doing great. Trust that the answers will appear. Exhale, trust, breathe. Ask for signs and ideas from the higher realm for the good of all. Relax open, shh embrace, release. Trust that the path will appear at the divine time. Relax, inhale loving warmth, embrace, release joyful grace. Feel the warmth of their love and guidance around you. If your mind wonders acknowledge it for later thinking and come back to full release and relaxation. Breathe, beautiful, calm, love, solutions, embrace understanding release, accept and trust. Breathe a few more times as I get quiet with you…Breathe, thank them, ask them to continue to show you even after this time in meditation. Trust, ask them to show up with signs of comfort and guidance. Breathe, hear them, see them and then thank them. A few more breathes…start to wiggle your toes and fingers. Good. Breathe. Move your head from side to side. Breathe. Move your shoulders as you slowly come back. When you are ready open your eyes.
How did you do? Did you see anyone or anything? Do you feel a bit better about the situation at hand? Find peace, or a bit of clarity? Grab your journal and start writing without thinking what thoughts are coming.
All the answers may not have full appeared but they will with practice. The kicker is, that you may not be ready for the answers, so keep that in mind as well. I’m sure you did great. This is a just a start in the right direction of not only connecting to the higher realm but also to your higher self. The answers are all inside of you. Take the time to slow down and listen for clarity. Slow the mind down and stop the tug of war between the right and left brain. Disconnect from the strategist and the guide will appear.

A Vision With an Underlying Meaning
This will be a different type of blog than you are used to reading from me. I’d like to share a vision with you. I don’t always share these but felt it was important for your growth. It is an example of how meditation and visions in your mind’s eye can give you exactly what you need, even if you don’t realize it at the time.
I talk about self care quite often. I preach on the importance of dedicating time for yourself. Lately, I have not been listening to my own advice. For the last few years I have had a monthly massage. My schedule got a bit out of control, so these scheduled days went to the wayside. I finally made time to schedule a massage. I wanted to give the day all of my attention. Before I arrived, I meditated and asked for vital information from my guides. I felt slightly disconnected with myself. The feeling of being overwhelmed and out of balance. I was in search of direction, to reconnect with my path. I was open and ready to receive instructions, so to speak.
I climbed aboard the massage table, concentrating on my breathing and my intentions. The vision started almost immediately and came to a close at the end. I remember thinking that I would need to research the symbols, but my guide questioned me as to why I felt the need to research what I knew. I intuitively understood the meaning and meditated on these impressions. After two weeks, I did research the symbols in order to explain them. My intention was heard loud and clear and I want to share it with you. I will try to paint the vision to as much as possible so that you too can see the insight I received. If this vision also speaks to you then this message was meant for you as well.
The room was peaceful with the scents of lavender and a citrus/rose aroma. The music, Gregorian Monks chanting which added to the vibration and energy of the session. I had asked to receive a message to empower me to know the changes and growth I needed to make. I slowed my breathing down by taking in several deep cleansing breaths. As the massage started, simultaneously, I saw swirls of yellows, reds and blues come into view. I know my chakras are aligning and I invite in the light.
Mixed in with the colors, an endless stream of faces pop in and out of my mind. I have been working on quieting the mind and I was able to just witness what was about to unfold without my mind chattering. I wait and watch a bit, welcoming them all to just be with me. Then an Aboriginal man comes forward along with two elephants. He points, directing me to climb aboard the one in the back. I ask where we are going. He says nothing. I ask why are we on elephants? Again, he says nothing. He is mounts the first elephant waiting for me to climb upon the second one. I am to follow him. We travel for only a few seconds and I ask his name to which he answers Jacob. I smile to myself, and answer “Jacob? That doesn’t seem very aborigines. To which he snap his head around, puts his finger up and said, “Silence!”
Let’s look at the symbols so far: His being Aboriginal symbolizes the connection to animals, plants and nature. It is also a connection to the ancestors, clans, family, life and the land. They represent a guiding force in the significance community life roles and responsibilities. All things are connected. It is oneness, belonging, connectiveness with your deep innermost feelings. The two separate pachyderms with woven blankets symbolize strength, power and memory. They are know to remove obstacles and clear the path. They offer wisdom, luck and prosperity. They stay with the same herd for life representing family circle, ancestorial connection. Being a cosmic creature, they carry the world on their backs. With just these two symbolic images, I know something amazing is emerging.
As we travel in silence he points to all the beauty around me. I felt as through he was acknowledging how much I have overlooked the small things of beauty. I was to slow down and pay attention. This would also be the reason we traveled in silence. I was to not only take in the visions, but also the sounds and scents of the “forest like” path we were on.
He stopped at the edge of a cliff and motioned me to dismount. I hear telepathically that we are at the cliff of many stones. He motions me to stand on the edge, he raises his hands and a warm light streams from his fingertips surrounding me in light. Small pebbles and stones begin to fall from my body. I can hear the cracking of the rocks that surround me as more fall away. Large and small stones start to trickle off my back and arms rolling down my fingertips to the ground. Replacing what once was covered in stones, I am now covered in golden light. I close my eyes and tilt my face towards the sun. I could hear the stone continue to leave my body as the sun’s warmth placed it loving rays upon my face. When I heard the last stone fall, I opened my eyes. I was directed to find the waterfall and then Jacob was gone. I had no idea what direction to go. I verbalized that I could not do it alone. I heard his booming voice say he disagreed, and that I knew where to go.
Let’s look at the symbology before continuing with the vision. Standing on the edge of the cliff of many stones means being in a very risky or vulnerable position. It is a crucial moment in time where a decision must be made. Even though going through a rough spot you are headed towards victory. The steep drop off is a precarious situation. I recognized the stones represent the heavy workload of projects and responsibilities I had created that needed to fall away. I was being called to release the large stone “walls” around myself. I needed to trust that thing would be lifted and resolved.
Interesting, what can be seen with our eyes closed and our hearts open. We receive messages that we overlook, just as I had overlooked the beauty that surround me. Let’s go back to the vision. I remember I felt tasked to find this waterfall. I felt alone and lost. I knew Jacob was with me but he was within my sight guiding me on the path. I continued, I felt anxious, almost spinning around in circles thinking I don’t know where to go or how to find the waterfall. I felt his stern but calming voice, “look and you will see”. I reflected back to our silent trek to the cliff of many stones. The things I had overlooked for so long. I stopped, took a deep breath and a condor was circling above me in the sky. I felt as though to show me the way. (side bar: I’ve been drawn to Thunderbirds for quite some time. I did not realize, in the spiritual world Thunderbirds and Condors are one in the same.) I looked up and followed the path of the condor. I started to hear the rush of water, the scent of water, the feel of water. I was noticing what I had missed. Then waterfall appeared. It was unlike any I had ever seen. Not only did the water flow downward but it also sprayed up from the ground with wet cobblestones leading from one side to the other. I felt pulled to cross to the other side. Keeping my footing so not to fall. It seemed vital that I must not to fall into the water. As I touched each cobblestone, the water was warm and felt as though it was cleansing away all the mistakes, worries and doubts of my earthy quest. I remember the sweet fragrances that surrounded me. The water, somehow felt as though it were coating me in protection. I felt safe and at home. Once on the other side, I turned my face again to the sun. I felt as though I began to rise. I felt a unity of guides, angels, and spirit around me.
Looking again at symbolism, The waterfall is the process of letting go, cleansing. It is to be able to release negative thoughts that pulsate through the mind, body and soul. The washing away so to speak. It is also said to be a reminder of God’s faithfulness and protection, absorbing prayers and bringing in good medicine with rebirth. The power of the water harnesses and generates electricity, energy. Water is always ready to change to adapt itself. It creates and transforms around what it touches. The other big symbol for me, is being guided by the condor. This large powerful winged animal is associated with the sun and is believed to rule the upperworld of the sky and future. It is the path of the heart, intuition and feminine energy. The condor emerges for a higher vision, purification and spiritual guidance bringing transformation to seek a higher perspective, an understanding from a higher, yet adjacent view.
As the massage was coming to a close I felt the part of me that had risen above my body, it started to float back down into the body lying on the table. Although, I was instructed to trust the message, I did ponder it for about 2 weeks before looking into the symbols. This was such an amazing feeling of have been cleansed from the earthly worries and issues. Being shown the grace to allow the struggles to float away. The things that have been intruding into my head placing a block in my path. I was given permission to my earthly self to allow them to fall away at the cliff of many stones. I was given a better understanding of my soul journey. I know I am safe and not alone. I am to seek a higher vision and version of consciousness, connectiveness that will enable my soul’s continued transformation. The map is inside of me, the condor will lead me.
My energy has been cleansed as I await further guidance from the condor and Jacob. The new guide assigned to me, force me to be quiet, to trust and notice the beauty around me.
God hears my prayers and in time I will know what i need to know. Until that time, I will allow the silence in to help me find the clarity of the things I must disregard. The worries of the world are not mine to carry on my back. I am to share this experience with other in order to help them on their journey.

Reflect
“Reflect upon your present blessings - of which every man has many - not your past misfortunes of which all men have some.” - Charles Dickens
Today we are going to spend some time talking about present blessings. The things we are grateful for today. Placing our focus on today. Steering away from the mistakes of yesterday. Being in the here and now helps us learn to focus on being present. Dwelling in the past declares defeat before our feet hit the floor in the morning. From the moment you wake up and step out of bed resolve to also get out of your head. Replace it by getting into your heart.
I have spent time in my head and time in my heart. I choose to try to live each day in my heart. I’ve learned that my head remind me of all the mistake I have made. While my heart shows grace, love and compassion for the lessons I had to learn. My head thinks in strategy and defense, while my heart just shows up for sending and receiving. There is a big difference in the way this sits in my body’s energy. How much different would our world be if we all chose to allow our heart to show up? The words clarity, unity and acceptance come to mind.
The very first word in the above quote is “reflect”. I tend to reflect at the end of the day. I think about and ask myself questions. What was the worst part of the day? Reflect… What was the best part of the day? Reflect… What could I have done better? Reflect… What did I learn today? Reflect… Remember, you are reflecting not dwelling. This should take no longer than 20-30 minutes, if that. If it takes longer, you are standing in judgement of yourself, which can lead to a tailspin in your head. You begin to dig yourself into a hole that can be hard to recover from. Thoughts that will keep you up at night. Reflect on present memories of things that went well, and the changes you can make to be better.
Now let’s dig into not only present memories but the memories of those who have passed. A lot of my clients comment on what they wished they had done. Dwelling on what you should have done defeats the memories of the actual experiences you had. After they pass, there is nothing you can change. Instead, turn that energy to the fond memories of what you accomplished together. The reason behind the book “My Head Knows…But My Heart Still Hurts” was to aid in creating a memoir of your life with them. Reflecting on the things they taught you. How, because of them, you are a better person.
We all make mistakes every single day, but there is good in all of us. Think about what you have accomplished, survived or created. Set your mind to think about the positive happy times. At my Father-In-Law’s funeral there was so much laughter. He was loved by so many people and they all wanted to share their Jerry stories. He was such a great and honorable man but his sense of humor and the way he could tell a story was a gift he was well known. He could draw you into the story so deeply, that you actual felt as though you were there. On a sad day, his life stories filled the room with laughter. We all reflected on his corky sense of humor. I know this made him happy to see all his family and friends reflecting on the happiness he brought us through his life. I learned a lot from the man who raised my husband. I even had the courage to speak at his funeral. I remember hearing story after story, and they warmed my heart. I was so thankful for the man he was because he taught my husband to be the man his is today.
Reflect.
Reflecting on my day, week, year or on my life, I do see my mistakes, but I focus on the growth. I’m no longer that person, but I am how I am because of that person I used to be. Who I was last year, last month, heck yesterday is different from the person I am today and tomorrow I will be a new version of myself. I reflect on how far I’ve come and how much I have yet to learn.
Reflect.
Seek out the blessings, even in the chaos. There is a cliche that goes, “count your blessings”. But, I wonder how many of us actually do. Promise yourself to place this habit into your daily life. Live through the heart and not in your head. I could easily spin out of control thinking about how I could have been a better mother. I’m not making excuses, but I was a different person then, with different responsibilities and struggling an array of things. I was different, my world was different, and the entire world was different. If I were to oscillate all the things I’ve done wrong, then I would be discounting the success and the growth my children have accomplished. They turned out great in spite of my short comings. They have each struggled with what life gave them, but they figured it out. And for this, I am so proud of them. I have instilled in them that I am only a phone call away and I will move earth and sky to help them. Funny, as I finished that sentence, my phone rang and one of my kids asked if I could pick up one of my grands at school who wasn’t feeling well. Of course, I break free from this blog to retrieve them from school. They are the forefront of why I want this to be a safe world from them. Even after all my mistakes, they know I will always be there for them and I strive to lead with love.
If you feel defeated or that the world is against you, I ask you to try to dig deep into your heart and find what you are grateful for today. Start with the small stuff If the big stuff seems unreachable. You can use these as an example until you find your own. You woke up. Maybe your coffee was exceptionally tasty. You left early thinking you needed gas but found you had a full tank and leaving early in the rain gave you a parking space upfront. The rain is such a blessing after a long dry spell and the last few days have been unbelievably nice even though it is the beginning of November. All these things may seem meniscal but they are blessings that are easily noticeable, even on the toughest days. Instead of being critical, my mindset is peaceful and I feel a change in my core just by searching these things out.
By practicing these few exercises, I reflect on the good things God has presented to me. With the calling I have been given, I strive to be able to help people process death. It is at the surface of my every day life but in this I also have been shown many blessings from the things I have learned from Spirit. These are the things I am able to share with my clients. These lessons evolve around the things we struggle with in their death. They have a greater understanding of their life. They do not wish for us to have regrets. There life does not end in their death. It continues to be kept alive in the memories we have of them. They are so very grateful that we are part of their story. And they will send us signs and guide us on our path. These are blessings they offer us.
We spoke last week about grieving a difficult relationship. Ponder this for a moment, maybe we can work on being grateful for the relationship because it taught us what not to do. Maybe, before we were brought into this world we said we would rather go through this than have someone else experience it. I don’t know, it is just a way of putting it into perspective when we question why these things happen to us.
Reflect, acknowledge, find gratefulness.

The choice, the action belong to you. Live in your head or live in your heart. Take this small step and it can help you to live the life you love and love the life you live.
